Important: Once an investment request or service payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. Cryptocurrency investments are executed in real-time market conditions and cannot be reversed.
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, all investment orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled after submission. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming any transaction.
2. Refund Policy
CryptoAssetX does not offer refunds once a transaction has been successfully completed. Due to the volatile nature of digital assets, all investments are final. This includes:
- Investment deposits made to your investment portfolio
- Service fees charged for platform usage
- Transaction fees incurred during processing
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Investment values can fluctuate significantly, and we cannot refund market losses.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered in rare cases such as:
Duplicate Payment
Multiple charges for the same transaction due to technical error
Service Not Initiated
Payment deducted but service/investment was not activated
Incorrect Amount
Wrong amount charged due to system malfunction or error
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Risk Warning: Cryptocurrency investments involve significant market risk. CryptoAssetX does not guarantee profits or fixed returns, and refunds cannot be claimed for investment losses.
All investment products are subject to market volatility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest money you can afford to lose and consider seeking independent financial advice.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under our exceptional circumstances policy, please follow these steps:
- Gather all transaction details (date, amount, transaction ID)
- Explain the reason for your refund request clearly
- Include any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages)
